| After high school graduated as RA (Dutch equivalent of CPA) at age 25. From 1985 to 1995 working for Coopers & Lybrand; numerous national and international auditing and consultancy assignments. Specialized in M&A work. During 1996 Director of Finance and Administration for a Conagra Inc. subsidiary in the Netherlands. Started own consultancy company in 1997. Board member for a variety of companies in the Netherlands, UK, USA and Norway as from 1999 until now. Former positions within Hitec Power Protection bv: 1999-2001: Director of Finance 2002 Manager Business Development 2003-2004: Director of Sales and Finance Chairman of the Board of Hitec Power Protection International b.v. as of January 1, 2005.
